 "Altos del Cabriel"

Young White Wine  "Altos del Cabriel"

Wine elaborated from the variety MACABEO or VUIRA put through a light peel maceration to obtain a high quality and quantity of prime aromas.

Strawy yellow colour with clean, gleaming iridescent colours.

Clean aromas, subtle herbaceous touches and lightly fruity with a good intensity which are complementary on the palete, attaining a fresh , young wine.

Short Term Consumption. Serve at 6-8ºC.

"Altos del Cabriel" 

Young Rosé Wine "Altos del Cabriel" 

Elaborated with the “autochthonous “ variety BOBAL with a light maceration and a posterior bleeding of the mosto going on to controlled fermentation to obtain a complexity of aromas.

This wine presents a beautiful strawberry pink colour with light violet blends.

Delicate, cheerful fruity aromas with touches of strawberries and raspberries with a flowery tinge.

On the palete the wine is tasty and balanced contriving great persistence and freshness.

Short Term Consumption. Serve between 6-8ºC.

 "Altos del Cabriel" 

Young Red Tempranillo Wine  "Altos del Cabriel" 

Originating from the elaboration of the variety CENCIBEL or TEMPRANILLO following a prolonged maceration by the traditional system.

To look at, the wine is a cherry colour with violet tones. A clean intense aroma which is mixed with mature fruit and light touches of woodland berries.

On the palate the wine is smooth and round with a fruity character maintaining a perfect balance.

Medium Term Consumption. Serve at 15-18ºC.

 "VILLAMALEA"

Red Crianza Wine "VILLAMALEA"

Selected from the best CENCIBEL vineyards, put through a very long maceration to obtain noble colours, aromas and tanines which give us a large count of polifenolica.

Posterior to this the wine is aged in French and American Oak Barrels.

An attractive, intense ruby red colour with light orange highlights.

The aroma is complex, with intense mature fruit touches spiced by the wood.

On the palete the wine has a full, balanced taste and with smooth, well integrated tanines, and an accessible and agreeable finale.

To accompany roasts, red meat, strong cured cheese …

Long term Consumption. Serve at 16-18ºC.
